2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a **cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost**.
  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
