General & Booking

What services do you offer? +

We offer a wide range of services including standard manicures, gel polish, Gel-X extensions, intricate nail art, and special packages for events and weddings. You can see our full list on the services page.

How can I book an appointment? +

You can book an appointment directly through our online booking system. For special events, parties, or on-site services, please use our contact form to get a custom quote.

What is your cancellation policy? +

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

What forms of payment do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We can also process payments through Venmo and Zelle for your convenience.

What happens if I am late for my appointment? +

We understand that things happen. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on schedule for our other clients. Please call or text us if you are running behind.

Do you accept walk-ins? +

We operate by appointment only to ensure we can provide the best possible service and undivided attention to each client. Please book online in advance.

Can I book an appointment for someone else? +

Yes, you can book an appointment on behalf of another person. However, please ensure they are aware of and agree to our cancellation policy.

How old do I have to be to get services? +

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form before receiving services. We do not provide services to clients under 13.

Do you have a loyalty program or offer discounts? +

Yes, we have a loyalty program where you can earn points for every dollar spent. We also offer special promotions and discounts for first-time clients and referrals. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

Services & Aftercare

How long do gel manicures last? +

A gel manicure can last for two to three weeks with proper care. We recommend avoiding using your nails as tools and using cuticle oil daily to maintain a healthy manicure.

What is the difference between Gel-X and acrylics? +

Gel-X extensions are full-coverage, soft gel tips that are bonded to the natural nail. They are lighter and more flexible than traditional acrylics and can be soaked off for easy, damage-free removal.

How can I make my nail art last longer? +

To prolong the life of your nail art, we recommend applying a top coat every few days, wearing gloves for chores, and keeping your hands moisturized. Also, avoid picking at or peeling your nail enhancements.

What is the best way to remove my gel or Gel-X nails? +

We strongly recommend professional removal to prevent damage to your natural nails. We can easily soak off your enhancements with a special solution that protects your nail bed.

Do you offer nail art on natural nails? +

Yes, we can perform intricate nail art on natural nails as long as they are a healthy length and shape. The longevity of the art will depend on the polish type used.

My nails are thin and weak. What service should I choose? +

For thin or weak nails, we recommend a service like Gel-X or a builder gel overlay, as they provide an extra layer of protection and can help your natural nails grow underneath without breaking.

What are the benefits of using Gel-X? +

Gel-X is lightweight, durable, and provides a beautiful, natural-looking extension. It's also a great option if you want to grow out your natural nails, as it provides a protective layer that prevents them from breaking.

What is a nail "fill"? +

A fill is a maintenance service for Gel-X or acrylic nails where we fill the gap between the enhancement and your cuticle as your natural nail grows out. We recommend a fill every 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer pedicures? +

Currently, our services are focused on manicures and nail art to ensure a specialized and high-quality experience. We do not offer pedicure services at this time.

Can you fix a broken nail? +

We offer nail repair services. If your nail breaks, please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a repair. The cost of a repair depends on the extent of the damage.

How can I prepare for my nail appointment? +

For the best results, please arrive with clean, dry nails, free of any polish or gel. This allows us to start your service right away and ensures proper adhesion for your new set.

Can I get nail art on my toes? +

While we specialize in manicures, we can apply simple art designs to your toe nails if you book a separate appointment for that service.

How do I maintain my cuticle health? +

We recommend using a high-quality cuticle oil daily. Gently push your cuticles back with an orange stick after showering to keep them neat and healthy.

What are your sanitation procedures? +

We use hospital-grade disinfectants and barbicide to clean all our tools and surfaces after every client. Files and buffers are single-use and disposed of immediately. Your health and safety are our top priority.

Is it safe to get gel nails while pregnant? +

The chemicals used in gel polish are generally considered safe during pregnancy. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before any beauty treatment. We can also use regular polish as a safe alternative.

Do you use an e-file? +

Yes, we use a professional-grade e-file with the proper training and bits to safely and efficiently remove product or prep the nail without causing damage.

What if I have a nail allergy? +

Please inform us of any allergies you have before your appointment. We use high-quality, professional-grade products, but we will take extra precautions to ensure a safe service for you.

What brand of gel polish do you use? +

We primarily use Gelish and OPI GelColor, which are industry-leading professional brands known for their durability, long-lasting wear, and vibrant colors.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan? +

Many of our polishes are cruelty-free and vegan, and we are constantly expanding our collection to include more ethical brands. Please ask your technician for specific product information.

Do you offer special nail treatments? +

We offer specialized treatments such as Builder Gel for added strength and structured manicures to correct nail shape. These can be added to your booking for a small fee.

Can I bring my own polish? +

We prefer to use our professional-grade polishes to guarantee the quality and longevity of your manicure. However, if you have a special polish you love, we can discuss using it with you.

On-Site & Events

What is included in the travel fee? +

The travel fee covers the time and cost for our technician to travel to your location, including fuel, vehicle wear, and on-site setup time. It is a one-time, non-refundable charge per booking.

How many people can you service at one event? +

Our packages are designed for specific group sizes. For larger parties over 10 guests, we recommend booking our "Ultimate Glow-Up" package and can add additional technicians for an extra fee to ensure everyone gets serviced in a timely manner.

What kind of space do you need for an on-site service? +

We require a well-lit and clean area with a sturdy table and two chairs for each technician to set up their equipment. We also need access to a power outlet for our UV lamps.

Do you provide all the necessary equipment? +

Yes, our technicians arrive with a full mobile nail art kit, including all necessary tools, polishes, lamps, and materials. We only ask that you provide a comfortable space with a table and chairs for the services.

Can we customize the party packages? +

Absolutely! We can tailor our services to your specific needs, from adding more detailed art to extending service time. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your custom event vision.

Is the price per person in the packages negotiable? +

The prices for our party packages are set based on the services offered. However, we can provide a personalized quote for larger groups or custom requests.

What is your refund policy for events? +

The 50% deposit for all event and travel bookings is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. In the case of an emergency, please contact us to discuss rescheduling options.

Do you offer special pricing for bridal showers or bachelorette parties? +

Yes, our event and party packages are perfect for these occasions. You can choose from our set packages or contact us for a custom quote that includes a bridal-specific theme or service.
